Estonia continued its spectacular in incoming tourism in the first quarter of 2011, with an overall increase of 16.5% visitors from around the world, including 41% more British guests compared with the same period in 2010.

Over 259,000 inbound tourists stayed in accommodation establishments in Estonia between 1st January and 31st March 2010, 19% more than in 2010, with 9,500 British guests spending 23,292 nights in Estonia during the three month period. [Read more…]

Oceania Cruises’ new upper-premium cruise ship Marina was Christened in Miami on Saturday 5th February. The ship’s godmother, “Entertainment Tonight” Host Mary Hart, named the ship at a lavish, invitation-only gala ceremony, which culminated with a 15-litre Nebuchadnezzar of champagne, custom-made by Armand de Brignac, crashing against the hull. Among the ceremony highlights were inspirational performances by the Marina Choir, assembled for the event, and the appointment of Master Chef Jacques Pépin as honorary commodore of the Oceania Cruises’ fleet.
