Welsh Rarebits – the organisation representing distinctive, individually run hotels in Wales – will be hosting the Historic Hotels of Europe General Assembly on April 6 & 7.
The event takes place at the beautiful Bodysgallen Hall & Spa in north Wales, with a dinner on the second night at the atmospheric Old Bull’s Head in Beaumaris, Anglesey.
Launched 15 years’ ago, HHE now represents 600 properties throughout Europe, from countries as diverse as Switzerland, Norway, Austria, Greece, Sweden, Ireland and Slovakia.
Welsh Rarebits is a member of the Historic Hotels of Europe organisation thanks to the fact that its properties include gems such as magnificent stately homes, venerable townhouses and ancient coaching inns like The Old Bull’s Head.
Welsh Rarebits was founded by Emyr Griffith, whose dislike of anything bland and corporate spurred him on to produce a guide that lauded individuality.
