The Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt was chosen for a Silver award in Conference & Incentive Magazine’s (C&IT) Hot List 2012. The hotel was the only Irish Hotel to be mentioned on this list and goes greatly to assisting the hotel in developing the important MICE market both in Ireland<\/a> and the UK. Dublin was also given a Bronze award in the category of Best Incentive Destination.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the accolade, Damien O’Riordan, General Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Powerscourt said, ”This is superb recognition for the hotel in the UK market and I want to thank all of our Ladies & Gentlemen working at the hotel, who have dedicated themselves to all of the guests that we have welcomed through our doors.”<\/p>\n

C&IT magazine is a trade magazine in the United Kingdom which shares news from the meetings market and also runs over 90 destination features each year. The magazine includes more corporate case histories than any other sector title, while its destination features are thoroughly researched to include relevant details of key venues, hotels and other facilities, making decision-making easy for key players. C&IT has unveiled the winners of this year’s C&IT’s annual Hot List, which celebrates the best suppliers and destinations for events.<\/p>\n
